[Video] Hanoi supports 100% of funding for businesses to research key science and technology topics

On September 29, at the 26th session, the Hanoi People's Council passed a Resolution on a number of policies for the development of science and technology in the capital. Accordingly, enterprises and science and technology organizations when carrying out key tasks in the form of scientific research projects will be supported with up to 100% of the funding.

For the pilot production project, the city supports up to 50% of purchasing costs and 100% of operating costs.

Key areas include digital technology, information and communication technology, biotechnology, new materials, automation, environment, carbon emission reduction, smart cities, smart education, smart healthcare, financial technology, and high-tech agriculture .

Resources to implement the Resolution are estimated at about 392 billion VND per year.
