At Bach Long Vi, wind level 7, gust level 8 was recorded; Quang Ha wind level 6, gust level 8; many other places in Quang Ninh, Hai Phong , Ninh Binh and Hung Yen had gust level 6. It is forecasted that by the night of September 25, the tropical depression will move deep into the mainland of the Northeast, gradually weakening into a low pressure area. Natural disaster risk level: level 3.

At sea, the northern Gulf of Tonkin (including Bach Long Vi, Van Don, Co To, Cat Hai and Hon Dau) has strong winds of level 6-7, gusts of level 9, waves 2-3m high, rough seas.

On land, coastal areas from Quang Ninh to Hai Phong will have winds of level 6-7, gusts of 8-9. From the afternoon of September 25 to the night of September 26, the North, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have heavy to very heavy rain, with average rainfall of 80-180mm, and in some places over 300mm.

High risk of flooding in low-lying areas, flash floods on small streams and landslides in steep areas.
