Bac Giang organizes conference to connect and support cooperatives in promoting products

On the afternoon of December 20, the Cooperative Alliance of Bac Giang province organized a conference to connect and support cooperatives in promoting products at points of introduction and consumption of OCOP products, typical of regions; inaugurated the product display area of ​​Bac Giang province and organized product display and introduction for cooperatives in 2024.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union Nguyen Duc Hien said that every year, the Bac Giang Provincial Cooperative Union has many programs to support trade promotion activities, connecting supply and demand, linking product consumption, and expanding markets for cooperatives.

To continue supporting cooperatives to have a unified focal point, convenient for promoting, introducing and linking product consumption, the Provincial People's Committee is interested in investing and assigning the Provincial Cooperative Union to manage and operate the Exhibition Area, introducing products for cooperatives. He emphasized that this is a reliable place to help cooperatives promote products, grasp official information to learn, connect, link to consume products inside and outside the province, at the same time, reserve space for provinces and cities that need to display, promote and introduce typical products to consumers in Bac Giang province.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Hien hopes that the Cooperative Alliance of provinces and cities will be the connecting point, creating conditions for cooperatives to meet, exchange experiences, share cooperation opportunities, thereby building a network to promote the consumption of OCOP products, regional typical products at product display points in each province and city. Exchanging and sharing management and operation experiences and support mechanisms and policies to help display and introduce products for cooperatives to operate effectively and practically, improve competitiveness and find reliable partners, bringing long-term benefits to cooperatives.
