Abolish 2 decisions of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the establishment, appraisal, approval and implementation of construction planning and urban planning.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc signed and issued Decision No. 40/2025/QD-UBND abolishing the decisions of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the establishment, appraisal, approval and implementation of construction planning and urban planning in Dong Nai province.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to abolish the entire Decision No. 59/2023/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on the establishment, appraisal, approval and organization of implementation of construction planning and urban planning in Dong Nai province; Decision No. 71/2024/QD-UBND dated November 19, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee amending and supplementing a number of contents of the regulations on the establishment, appraisal, approval and organization of implementation of construction planning and urban planning in Dong Nai province issued together with Decision No. 59/2023/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee.

These decisions were abolished at the request of the Director of the Department of Construction and officially took effect from July 1, 2025.
