Tan Hung District Military Command opens B1 level English training class

The Tan Hung District Military Command (CHQS) organized the opening ceremony of the B1 level English training class for officers of the Tan Hung and Vinh Hung District Military Commands in 2025 on the afternoon of March 21. Colonel Pham Van Quoc - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Ngo Cong Su - Director of Long An Foreign Language - Information Technology Center attended.

Officers and professional soldiers from agencies under the Military Command of Tan Hung and Vinh Hung districts attended the class.

This B1 level English training course has 20 students who are officers and professional soldiers from the Military Command of Tan Hung district and Vinh Hung district. The total time of B1 class is 210 periods, the course program lasts 15 weeks, each week there are 14 periods, students will be taught and equipped with basic and advanced knowledge and skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.

On behalf of the students of the class, Lieutenant Nguyen Nhut Nam - Political Commissar of the Tan Hung District Infantry Company promises to promote all spirit and responsibility, overcome difficulties, fully participate in classes, promote self-study, self-discipline and strive to achieve high results.

In order for the B1 level English training class to meet the requirements of the Plan, Colonel Pham Van Quoc - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command requested that students participating in the course should uphold their sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, attend classes fully, strictly comply with class regulations, avoid the phenomenon of "coming late and leaving early", being absent without a valid reason; teachers should teach enthusiastically, wholeheartedly, and regularly change teaching methods so that students can absorb knowledge most effectively; Party committees and commanders of agencies and units should create favorable conditions for cadres to fully participate in classes.

Through the B1 level English training course, the aim is to equip cadres with basic and advanced knowledge of English, mastering the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. At the same time, promoting communication skills, serving foreign affairs, grasping the situation, propagating, mobilizing, fighting, and performing international tasks when assigned; creating a basis for effectively using and exploiting modern equipment and technology to serve professional tasks.
