On the morning of January 19, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to disseminate the 2024 Mass Mobilization Work Program. Comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the conference.
At the conference, delegates listened to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission present the 2024 Work Program with 9 key tasks: Advising the Party Committee to focus on leading and directing the dissemination, implementation, preliminary and final review of directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Central and the province on mass mobilization work; advising on organizing quarterly mass mobilization meetings between the Standing Party Committee and the Mass Mobilization Commission, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and armed forces; advising on issuing the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to promote the tradition and strength of great national unity, building our country to be more and more prosperous and happy; promoting the implementation of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization"; strengthening the propaganda to implement the Law on Belief and Religion; improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the government and armed forces; Vocational training for cadres doing mass mobilization work at the grassroots level....
Delegates also listened to the Plan for monthly emulation scoring and quarterly classification for the Mass Mobilization Committees of district and city Party Committees; Plan for editing and publishing the book of 100 typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models and examples in Ninh Binh province in the period 2021-2025.
Discussing at the conference, delegates basically agreed on the 2024 Work Program of the Mass Mobilization sector, and at the same time proposed many dedicated ideas so that mass mobilization work can practically contribute to the implementation of local political tasks.

Concluding the conference, comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, requested the Mass Mobilization Commissions at all levels to concretize the 2024 Mass Mobilization Work Program and seriously and effectively organize the implementation of the 9 key tasks set out with the motto "One focus, two proactiveness, three strengthening".
Specifically: Focus on grasping the people's situation, focusing on the people's thoughts and assessments of the Party's leadership and the administration of the authorities at all levels; the fight against corruption and negativity; the vanguard and exemplary role of cadres and party members; reorganizing administrative units at district and commune levels. Proactively resolve and advise on resolving pressing issues among the people; proactively advise Party committees at all levels to thoroughly grasp and implement resolutions, programs and conclusions of the Central Committee and Party committees at all levels on mass mobilization work. Strengthen the implementation of coordination regulations and improve the effectiveness of government mass mobilization work; continue to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in performing tasks; pay attention to training and fostering the contingent of mass mobilization cadres at all levels.
Regarding the monthly emulation scoring plan and quarterly classification for the Mass Mobilization Committees of district and city Party Committees; the plan to edit and publish the book of 100 typical models and examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in Ninh Binh province in the period of 2021-2025, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee requested the relevant professional departments of the Committee to receive comments and suggestions from delegates attending the conference, edit and complete.
