Warning: Due to the influence of heavy rain from the northern edge of storm No. 10's circulation, after weakening from September 29 to October 3, a flood with a flood amplitude of 1.5-2.5m may appear on rivers in Ninh Binh province. During this flood, the peak water level on Hoang Long river at Ben De station will be at alert level 2 - alert level 3, at Gian Khau station will be at alert level 1 - alert level 2; on Day river at Phu Ly station, Ninh Binh station will be at alert level 1 - alert level 2.
Rapidly rising river water levels combined with heavy rain pose a high risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas, steep slopes, and riverbanks; flooding in alluvial areas along rivers, mid-river flats, and low-lying areas; and urban areas with the greatest flooding depth of 0.3-0.5m, with some areas being deeper. Flooding usually lasts 1-2 hours, with some areas lasting longer. Flood risk warning level 2.
Floods on rivers rise rapidly, causing risks of landslides and flooding in riverside areas, mid-river flats, and low-lying areas; affecting the safety of dykes and embankments at key locations, agricultural production, aquaculture, and many local residential areas; possibly endangering waterway traffic, affecting people's lives and production, and threatening human lives.
