Storm Bualoi moves fast, gusts at level 14 and will continue to strengthen.

Storm Bualoi is moving rapidly into the East Sea with winds of level 11, gusts of level 14. The storm is forecast to continue to strengthen, possibly reaching level 12 with waves of 5-7 meters high. The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will be heavily affected by strong winds, thunderstorms, and whirlwinds.

According to information from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 1:00 a.m. on September 26, the center of storm Bualoi was located at approximately 11.9°N, 125.2°E, in the central region of the Philippines, with the strongest wind reaching level 11 (103 - 117 km/h), gusting to level 14. The storm is moving in the West-Northwest direction at a speed of 25 - 30 km/h. Storm Bualoi is forecast to enter the East Sea on the night of September 26 and become storm number 10 in 2025.

The storm is forecast to continue moving in the West-Northwest direction at a speed of 25-30 km/h and enter the East Sea at 01:00 on September 27, when the storm's location will be around 13.8°N - 118.9°E, with winds maintaining at level 11, gusts of level 14. The forecasted danger zone is from 11.5-16.5°N and East longitude 116.5°E. The disaster risk level is determined to be level 3. By 01:00 on September 28, the storm will likely strengthen with winds reaching level 12, gusts of level 15, the forecasted storm's location is at 15.8°N - 112.5°E. The danger zone continues to expand from 12.0-19.0°N and East longitude 110.0°E. The disaster risk level remains at level 3, including the Hoang Sa area.

By 1:00 a.m. on September 29, the storm will continue to strengthen with winds reaching level 12 - 13, gusts of level 16, and the storm's location will be at 18.3°N - 107.4°E. The danger zone will extend from 12.5 - 21.0°N and West longitude 115.0°E. The disaster risk level continues at level 3, especially in the Northwest & Central East Sea, Hoang Sa and the sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai .

In the next 72 - 120 hours, storm Bualoi will move rapidly in the West-Northwest direction at a speed of 20 - 25 km/h and is likely to gradually weaken.

From the evening of September 26, the northeastern and central East Sea will have winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-9. The area near the storm's center will see winds of level 10-12, gusting to level 15, waves of 5-7 meters high and rough seas. Ships in the danger zone may encounter thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
