At the Provincial Convention Center - where the congress takes place, the infrastructure to provide telecommunication services has been set up at the following locations: Main hall, meeting rooms for work, group discussions and press room... High-speed transmission lines have been set up, ready to serve live broadcast of the event. Telecommunications companies have arranged staff to operate the system 24/7 to serve during the congress.
