He also emphasized the immediate overarching task of continuing to implement the Project "Building the People's Army Newspaper to become a key, multimedia media agency by 2030, with a vision to 2045" in accordance with the approval of superiors. Sharing the same view with the Editor-in-Chief, Colonel Nguyen Hong Hai, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the People's Army Newspaper, said that reporters and editors of the editorial office need to change their mindset and know how to use AI. He cited the fact that Google Search lost 64% of its traffic in just one year, because AI has the ability to meet the needs of rich information, personalize and filter information accurately according to users' commands, helping them not need to read many websites or use social networks. Contributing his opinion at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hoa, Deputy Head of the Electronic Newspaper Editorial Department, People's Army Newspaper, emphasized the importance of creating valuable works of good quality content, thereby storing them into valuable data blocks in the editorial office; and affirmed that this is the most valuable asset of generations of journalists of People's Army Newspaper. He suggested that each journalist, reporter, and editor should promote their own responsibility, strive for the common work of the editorial office, integrate their personal ego into the "we" of the collective, to move together, and contribute to the development of the newspaper in the coming time.
