The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 9-10 (75-102 km/h), gusting to level 12. The storm moved northwest at a speed of 10-15 km/h.
Forecast in the next 24 hours, the storm in the northern sea area of the North East Sea, change direction West Northwest, moving about 15km per hour. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9-10, gusting to level 12.

At around 4pm on November 14, storm No. 8 in the northwest sea of the North East Sea changed direction to the West, speed about 10km/h, gradually weakening. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 8, gusting to level 10.
By 4 p.m. on November 15, the storm was moving west-southwest at 5-10km per hour and gradually weakening into a tropical depression. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 6-7, gusting to level 9.
From the next 72 to 96 hours, the tropical depression will move in the southwest direction, about 5km per hour, and continue to weaken.
Impact of storm No. 8, the northern sea area of the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, near the eye of the storm level 8-10, gusts of level 12, waves 3-5m high, near the eye of the storm 5-7m, very rough seas.
In addition, the forecast of the tropical depression weakening from storm No. 7, the meteorological agency said that at 1:00 p.m. on November 12, the center of the tropical depression was located in the sea area of Quang Ngai - Binh Dinh. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (39-49 km/h), gusting to level 8, moving in the South-Southwest direction, speed 5-10 km/h.
At about 1:00 a.m. on November 13, the tropical depression in the coastal area of Quang Ngai - Phu Yen provinces continued to move in a southwest direction, about 10km per hour, weakening into a low pressure area.
