The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 9-10 (75-102 km/h), gusting to level 12. The storm moved northwest at a speed of 10-15 km/h.

From the next 72 to 96 hours, the tropical depression will move in the southwest direction, about 5km per hour, and continue to weaken.

Impact of storm No. 8, the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, near the eye of the storm level 8-10, gusts of level 12, waves 3-5m high, near the eye of the storm 5-7m, very rough seas.

In addition, the forecast of the tropical depression weakening from storm No. 7, the meteorological agency said that at 1:00 p.m. on November 12, the center of the tropical depression was located in the sea area of ​​Quang Ngai - Binh Dinh. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (39-49 km/h), gusting to level 8, moving in the South-Southwest direction, speed 5-10 km/h.

At about 1:00 a.m. on November 13, the tropical depression in the coastal area of ​​Quang Ngai - Phu Yen provinces continued to move in a southwest direction, about 10km per hour, weakening into a low pressure area.
