Caught 13 people gambling online on cockfighting for money

On August 23, My Duc Commune Police (An Giang Province) announced that they had just caught 13 people participating in online cockfighting gambling for money.

Previously, at 1:30 p.m. on August 22, through the work of grasping the situation, the My Duc Commune Police discovered at a coffee shop in My Pho Hamlet, My Duc Commune, many suspicious people gathered to gamble, causing disorder.

The task force conducted an inspection and caught 13 subjects participating in online cockfighting for money. Evidence seized from the subjects included 8.4 million VND in cash and 12 mobile phones of various types.

Currently, My Duc Commune Police continue to verify, clarify, and handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
