To create a recognizable highlight, the train carriages are newly painted in white, gray and blue tones with the main image being the image of the crane on the Dong Son bronze drum - a symbol associated with Vietnamese culture.

Mr. Thai Van Truyen - General Director of Saigon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, said that the unit has selected 26 passenger cars in use, including 16 28-bed cars, 6 56-seat cars, 2 food cars, 2 public service - power generation cars and 2 luggage cars to form 2 trains, each with 14 cars, to carry out interior and exterior renovation.

According to Vietnam Railways Corporation, the SE21/22 train pair is a new product with many outstanding utilities and aesthetics, put into operation by the railway industry, serving the travel needs of people during the April 30 and May 1 holidays and is expected to become a "hot" tourism product for visitors in the summer of 2024.

Trains SE21/SE22 will run once a day from Saigon to Danang and vice versa. Specifically, train SE21 departs from Danang at 8:15 and arrives at Saigon station at 4:15 the next day; train SE22 departs from Saigon station at 11:00 and arrives at Danang station at 6:05 the next day.

Ticket prices range from over 500,000 to 1,062,000 VND, depending on the type of compartment and seat.
