Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance listens to opinions of people and businesses

Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has just held an online conference to guide the implementation of a survey on the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals with the services of the Social Insurance agency.

According to Mr. Tran Dung Ha, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance, the survey aims to objectively assess the service quality of the Social Insurance agency and related service providers, thereby serving as a basis for continuing to improve business processes and improve the quality of public service provision.

Through the survey, the Social Insurance of Ho Chi Minh City hopes to promptly grasp the needs, wishes, difficulties and problems of organizations and individuals in the process of participating in and enjoying social insurance, health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) policies. The measurement method must ensure scientific, modern, and practicality, while ensuring objectivity, honesty, savings and efficiency. In particular, personal information and organizations participating in the survey will be kept absolutely confidential.

The 2025 survey focuses on measuring the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals in participating in the development and implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies with 4 factors: responsibility for providing information, participation, quality of implementation and policy impact. Along with that, measuring the satisfaction level in providing public administrative services at one-stop shops, electronic transactions, revenue and expenditure services, and health insurance medical examination and treatment facilities through 5 factors: accessibility, administrative procedures, service quality, service results, and handling of feedback and recommendations. The factors are specified by criteria, ensuring comprehensive and realistic assessment.

The survey was carried out from September 10 to October 31. The main survey method was to distribute questionnaires directly, contact the respondents, collect them immediately after completion, and conduct checks, cleaning, and coding of data to ensure accuracy. With thorough preparation, scientific measurement methods, and determination to innovate, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance believes that the survey results in 2025 will truly reflect the satisfaction level of people and businesses. This will be an important basis for the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance sector to perfect its business processes, improve service quality, and promote the sense of responsibility of its staff.
