Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary directs to quickly resolve citizens' petitions and complaints

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and Comrade Luu Van Ban, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee periodically received citizens in December.

On the morning of December 12, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, received citizens periodically in December.

Also attending were leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and a number of relevant departments and localities.

At the meeting, some citizens reflected on the content related to the APEC Hai Duong project.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assigned the Provincial People's Committee to inspect the project implementation of the investor, respond and inform citizens of the results. The Provincial People's Committee will report the results by the end of March 2025.

Some citizens in Cam Dong and Cam Doai communes (Cam Giang) requested compensation and support when the state reclaims land to implement the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion Project (Phase 2) and the Investment Project to build the new Cay bridge approach road.

Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, directly explained, propagated, and stated legal regulations on compensation and support when the State reclaims land to implement projects for citizens.

Citizens' group reflects on some contents related to APEC Hai Duong project

After listening to citizens' feedback, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Planning and Investment, and the People's Committee of Cam Giang district to coordinate in reviewing the project and implementation process to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee before January 31, 2025.

The leaders of the Department of Construction reported and clarified some contents at the citizen reception session.

At the citizen reception, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang directly discussed with citizens; at the same time, requested leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities to report and clarify each content and progress of resolving the cases.

Provincial leaders requested departments, branches and localities to proactively coordinate and promptly resolve citizens' petitions, reflections, complaints and denunciations within the assigned time limit during citizen reception sessions.
