Dak Lak Border Guard had 2 soldiers honored at the program, including: Professional soldier Major Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, President of the Women's Union of Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard (former) and Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thi Hong, President of the Women's Union of Phu Yen Provincial Border Guard (former).

She actively mobilized the organization of 9 programs "Border Moon" and "Border - Full Moon Night", giving away 2,550 Mid-Autumn gifts, worth over 600 million VND; 6 programs "Warm Fires for Patients" cooking 2,750 rice and porridge portions for patients and their relatives at hospitals in the province, with a total cost of 60 million VND. Mobilized cadres and members to actively participate in making banh chung, donating 1 ton of rice and many other necessities to flood victims...
