At the same time, provide information on contact points of staff on duty and schedule to the Department of Telecommunications to grasp the situation and contact when necessary.
Telecommunications businesses focus on immediately implementing measures to ensure the safety of communication systems to serve the direction and operation of storm response, and develop information response plans when incidents occur. Focus on reinforcing station houses, antenna poles, mobile transceiver stations, transmission lines and peripheral networks that may be affected by the storm. Add backup equipment such as generators, reserve fuel for generators, batteries for units in the area expected to be directly affected by the storm. Check and test generators and batteries at important stations to ensure readiness when the grid is lost.
