Ministry of Planning and Investment mobilizes and appoints a series of personnel

At the ceremony, Minister Nguyen Chi Dung presented the Decision on transfer and appointment to the following officials: Transfer and appointment of Mr. Bui Anh Tuan - Chief of the Ministry's Office to hold the position of Director of the Department of Enterprise Development; Transfer and appointment of Mr. Phung Quoc Chi - Director of the Department of Business Registration Management to hold the position of Chief of the Ministry's Office;

Temporarily appoint Mr. Do Nhat Hoang - Director of the Foreign Investment Department to hold the position of Director of the Business Registration Management Department; Appoint Mr. Trinh Duc Trong - Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Development to hold the position of Director of the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Development;

Appoint and transfer Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh - Deputy Director of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of National Economic Synthesis; Appoint and transfer Mr. Nguyen Quoc Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Industrial and Service Economy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Development Strategy.

Appoint Mr. Cam Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Minister to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Ministry's Office and Secretary of the Minister; Appoint Ms. Tran Thi Hoai An - Head of the Department of Planning and Regional Linkage, Department of Local and Territorial Economy to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy.

Appoint Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh - Head of the Department of Local Investment Policy and Programs and Projects, Department of Local and Territorial Economy to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy; Appoint Ms. Kim Ngoc Thanh Nga - Head of the Department of Ecosystem Development, National Innovation Center to hold the position of Deputy Director of the National Innovation Center.

Appoint and transfer Mr. Hoang Trung Hieu - Head of the General Department, Department of Local and Territorial Economy to the position of Deputy Director of the National Innovation Center; Appoint and transfer Mr. Pham Thy Hung - Director of the National Online Bidding Center, Bidding Management Department to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Infrastructure Development.

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Chau - specialist of the Finance and Monetary Department to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Enterprise Development; Receive and appoint Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tho - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the 12th Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union's Youth and Urban Department to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Business Registration Management.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Party Executive Committee and the Ministry's leaders, Minister Nguyen Chi Dung congratulated the officials who were trusted and assigned to take on new responsibilities.

The Minister said that this is the regular work of the Ministry, continuing to review, consolidate, arrange, and streamline the apparatus to achieve the highest efficiency. The Ministry continuously carries out rotation, training, and development, creating resources to develop for the requirements of staff work both in the short and long term. Changes to create more motivation, create new and better values...

Minister Nguyen Chi Dung said that the Ministry of Planning and Investment has the characteristic of having, in addition to regular work, new requirements. If it is done sequentially, without innovation, creativity, and strong determination, it cannot be done.

Listing some tasks and works of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in terms of institutions, strategies and planning, the Minister affirmed that these are tasks of a development-creating nature, demonstrating the leading role of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

Emphasizing that "the mission placed on our shoulders is very large", Minister Nguyen Chi Dung said that the Ministry of Planning and Investment was assigned many difficult and big tasks, but they were all carried out with urgency, quality, and value, and were trusted by the Party and State leaders.

The Minister also requested that the cadres who are trusted by the Ministry's leaders to be appointed, rotated, and mobilized must be exemplary, pioneers, and fulfill their responsibilities, "for the sake of the flag and the color of the uniform", and perform well the assigned tasks and responsibilities.

The Minister affirmed that the personnel work of the Ministry of Planning and Investment is carried out impartially, objectively, and democratically. The Ministry's leaders never let anyone deserving be left behind...

Representing the transferred and appointed officials, Mr. Bui Anh Tuan - the new Director of the Department of Enterprise Development expressed his honor and pride when being entrusted with a new task by the Party Committee and the Ministry's leaders; thanked the instructions and guidance of Minister Nguyen Chi Dung and promised to strive to learn, quickly grasp the actual situation of the unit, promote the good tradition of the officials of the Science and Technology Sector; strive, put all his heart and mind, together with the unit's leadership to build a united and strong collective to complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the success of the Ministry.
