The training course had the participation of more than 220 students.

Attending were Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Minh Quang; Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Pham Duc Tien; Member of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the City Party Committee Inspection Commission Pham Thi Minh Hue.

The training course took place over 4 days (from September 16-19, 2025) with the participation of more than 220 trainees working in the inspection sector at 45 localities and units under the Hue City Party Committee.

During the training period, the trainees studied and discussed 8 specialized topics directly taught by the reporters who are department and division leaders of the Central Inspection Commission, including: Overview of the Party inspection sector and the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; inspection of lower-level Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations, Party discipline and enforcement of Party discipline; handling of denunciations and complaints about Party discipline; control of assets and income of cadres and Party members; digital transformation, application of information technology in inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; techniques of drafting documents and archiving records in inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline...

Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Minh Quang spoke at the opening ceremony of the class.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Minh Quang emphasized that in the context of new requirements for Party building, improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of inspection and supervision work is of particular importance. This is also one of the key solutions to improve the capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members. Therefore, regular professional training, improving the qualifications and skills of inspection and supervision staff is an urgent requirement, contributing to meeting political tasks in the new situation.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang requested that students seriously ensure their study time, focus on fully understanding the content of the topics, actively discuss and clarify problems in the implementation of tasks. Strictly comply with the rules of the class, ensure safety in all aspects during the learning process. In addition to conveying the content of the topics, lecturers need to pay attention to exchanging skills and real-life situations that have occurred; at the same time, pay attention to answering the difficulties, problems and concerns of students, especially practical problems arising in the work of inspection and supervision.

After the course, students will be granted certificates, which will serve as a basis for application in work; at the same time, it will be a criterion for assessing the capacity and responsibility of officers doing inspection and supervision work at the facility.
