BSR organized the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and met at the beginning of the new year of At Ty 2025

On February 3 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) held a ceremony to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and a meeting to welcome the spring of At Ty 2025. Here, comrade Bui Ngoc Duong - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors and comrade Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, General Director of BSR shared about the efforts and successes of BSR in 2024 and encouraged and motivated employees on the occasion of the New Year and proposed strategies and directions for the Company's development in 2025.

Attending the ceremony to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the New Year meeting were also members of the Board of Directors; Board of General Directors; Board of Supervisors; Board of Directors of Dung Quat Refinery; Leaders of the Dung Quat Refinery NCMR Project Management Board; leaders of functional departments; leaders of member units; representatives of associations, unions and a large number of employees in the Company. The ceremony was held directly at Dung Quat Refinery and online at BSR Headquarters (208 Hung Vuong, Quang Ngai City) and BSR Branch in Hanoi.

At the ceremony, Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BSR read a speech commemorating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In his speech, Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong affirmed the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the glorious historical journey of 95 springs of great victory with the country: "This is an opportunity for us to review the glorious tradition of the Party, affirming our belief in the Party's leadership of the country. Along with the maturity of the country, the Communist Party of Vietnam, each cadre and Party member of the Party Committee of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company vows to continue to move forward with all our hearts under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam to participate in building Petrovietnam , BSR to develop green and sustainably for a prosperous and happy Vietnam".

On the occasion of the New Year, Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BSR also wished all cadres, party members and employees of the Company a new year full of energy, new vitality, new spirit, happiness and success; continue to join hands to nurture the pioneering aspiration, elevate culture, unite, be proactive and creative, strive to complete and exceed the production and business targets set for 2025.

Following the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the New Year meeting, comrade Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of BSR highly appreciated and sent thanks to the personnel on duty to operate, ensuring the absolute safety of Dung Quat Oil Refinery, ensuring the supply of gasoline and oil for the market during the Lunar New Year 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Party Secretary, General Director of BSR called on all employees to work together and unite to make the company grow stronger and further.

“2025 is a very special year, the year of many major events in the country, the year of the end of the 5-year plan 2020-2025 and the premise for the next 5 strategic years of BSR. With the continuous development of technology and rapid changes in the market, we need to continue to improve our competitiveness, innovate and constantly strive to learn. The Board of Directors identified 2025 as a breakthrough year in investment, strong restructuring, promoting innovation, scientific research and digital transformation to elevate BSR.

In the new year, we will also continue to focus on strategic and core goals such as the Party Committee's Resolution, continue to optimize production, improve the quality of new products and develop the service provision sector, while building a positive working environment where each individual has the opportunity to develop and contribute. During the Lunar New Year, Dung Quat Refinery operated absolutely safely, the main technological workshops of the Factory were operating at optimal capacity. BSR arranged personnel to operate production throughout the Tet holiday, ready to respond to emergency situations, ensuring safe and continuous production; enhanced coordination with functional forces to improve inspection and supervision work in all areas inside and outside the Factory. Control work at the Factory's entrances and exits was also strictly checked to ensure the security and safety of the Factory.
