Ca Mau: Announcing the List of administrative procedures in the field of commercial mediation

On June 29, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province issued Decision No. 1723/QD-UBND promulgating the List of newly issued administrative procedures, amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of commercial mediation under the jurisdiction of the People's Committee of the province and the Department of Justice of Ca Mau province.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee   c promulgates and approves, attached to this Decision , the List of 13 administrative procedures (including 05 newly issued administrative procedures and 08 amended and supplemented administrative procedures) in the field of commercial mediation under the jurisdiction of the People's Committee and the Department of Justice of Ca Mau province .   Approve the internal procedures and interconnection for handling administrative procedures mentioned above.    

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee   The Department of Justice shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and relevant units.   Organize the public implementation of the List of administrative procedures and the Process stated in Article 1 of this Decision at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center in accordance with regulations. Complete within 03 working days from the effective date of the Decision.

This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2025. The corresponding administrative procedures announced by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in the List attached to Decision No. 1047/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2024 shall cease to be effective when this Decision takes effect./.
