Sharing about this timely and meaningful relief activity, Tung Duong said that since the storm Bualoi landed in Vietnam, he has been continuously updating information about the fierce storm and could not help but feel heartbroken at the image of people in many provinces and cities struggling to cope with the devastation of the storm. The damage to people and property caused by the storm up to this point is extremely terrible.

As an artist who receives love from audiences nationwide, the male singer is always aware that he needs to be responsible in joining hands to support people to overcome the severe consequences caused by the storm, especially families in difficult circumstances in the storm-hit area. He decided to join hands with some friends to donate 1 billion VND and through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of 5 provinces and cities to support people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

Tung Duong said that on the afternoon of September 30, the singer contacted representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the two provinces of Quang Tri and Nghe An and transferred 500 million VND of the total amount raised. The remaining 500 million VND will soon be sent to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the provinces and cities: Ha Tinh , Hue and Thanh Hoa.

The entire amount of donations that he represents and transfers to 5 provinces and cities will be recorded, have receipts, and posted on his personal page in the coming days.

"I hope that the work of me and my friends will help ease the pain and loss, and help people in areas affected by storms, floods, and natural disasters quickly stabilize their lives" - Tung Duong shared.

The male singer also said that in addition to the 1 billion mentioned above, he will continue to call on close friends to donate to support more people in the provinces and cities where storm Bualoi swept through, including those in particularly difficult circumstances.

This is not the first time singer Tung Duong has shown the spirit of "mutual love". In September 2023, Tung Duong, Tang Duy Tan and some friends joined hands to donate 370 million VND to share with the relatives of the victims who died and were injured in the fire at a mini apartment building in Khuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi .

In September 2024, the male singer and his friends donated 500 million VND to the people in Thai Nguyen who suffered heavy damage due to storm Yagi and the storm's aftermath.

Previously, in 2021, when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, Tung Duong and his friends donated nearly 2 billion to people in the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang (now Bac Ninh) to prevent and fight the epidemic.
