Ingredients needed to prepare fried shrimp chips:

Raw shrimp chips: 100 to 200 grams (depending on how much you eat)

Cooking oil: A little bit

And air fryer

How to fry shrimp chips with an air fryer

First, divide the shrimp chips into 2 or 3 parts depending on how many shrimp chips you want to fry.

Put the shrimp chips that have been divided into batches directly into the air fryer as shown in the instructions without using wax paper or aluminum foil (because if you use them, the shrimp chips will not expand evenly). Next, pour in 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.

Then use your hands to rub cooking oil evenly into each piece of shrimp cracker as shown in the instructions. This is simple, it seems not fast but it is incredibly fast.

In just a flash, the shrimp chips are coated with oil and look shiny like this. Spread the shrimp chips evenly so that they have space to expand evenly.

Next, turn on the air fryer and set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes. But remember, before frying the shrimp chips, you need to preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

After only 3 minutes, the batch of shrimp chips just arranged above will be evenly expanded and crispy like this. You make the next batches the same as the first batch.

In each batch of frying, there may be 1 or 2 pieces of shrimp crackers that have not fully expanded like this. You gather them together to create 1 batch to fry until they are fully expanded, jokingly calling it a "patched" batch. In this "patched" batch, you only need to set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes to meet the requirements.
