Accordingly, from 6:00 p.m. on October 19 to 6:00 p.m. on December 28, people and vehicles are prohibited from traveling across the iron bridge at km39+700 (left side of the route) and km39+700 (right side of the route), on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway service road in Nhan Quyen commune (Binh Giang). People and vehicles are prohibited from traveling from the underpass at km40, service road - Nhan Quyen commune traffic road - provincial road 392 - right service road or through Thai Quyen bridge, left service road and vice versa.

From 6:00 p.m. on October 25 to 6:00 p.m. on December 28, people and vehicles are prohibited from passing through Doan Ket culvert at km7+680 of provincial road 392C, Thanh Mien district. Trucks over 1.5 tons and passenger vans with more than 16 seats travel in the direction of provincial road 392C - provincial road 393 - district road 195 - provincial road 392C and vice versa. People and other vehicles move around to avoid the public road near Doan Ket culvert.

The ban on people and vehicles is to ensure traffic during the repair of sewers and 2 iron bridges. These are narrow and weak bridges with potential traffic safety risks that are being renovated and repaired.
