Through checking the operations of the bus companies' offices on Tran Vy Street, a representative of Cau Giay District Police said that most of the representative offices of transport units on this street only have administrative transaction business licenses, and do not have the function of transport operations, including coordinating and mobilizing vehicles to stop in front of the office and pick up and drop off passengers, and load and unload goods.

However, during their operations, these bus companies have taken advantage of the name of the transport company's office to mobilize vehicles to stop and pick up and drop off passengers in front of the office. This is an illegal and disguised operation. Therefore, recently, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Cau Giay District Police determined that 11 offices of transport companies on Tran Vy Street were operating illegally, causing traffic congestion and urban disorder, and it was necessary to request the authorities to revoke their operating licenses.
