Traffic violation handling system temporarily suspended for upgrade and maintenance

From 6:30 p.m. on August 13 to 6:00 a.m. on August 18, 2025, the administrative violation handling system of the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security will be temporarily suspended to upgrade, supplement, and standardize forms according to relevant decrees in the handling of administrative violations.

Accordingly, the administrative violation handling system at the teams under the Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police will temporarily stop operating from 6:30 p.m. on August 13 to 6:00 a.m. on August 18, 2025. The suspension is to upgrade, supplement, and standardize forms and violation handling procedures, ensuring consistency with newly issued legal documents.

During the above period, the administrative violation handling work of the traffic police force is still carried out manually at the headquarters of the teams and updated into the system after the upgrade is completed.
