Da Nang Port was awarded the Medal "Outstanding Collective in Developing Customs - Business Partnership for the 2014 - 2024 Period" by the General Department of Customs.

At the conference "Developing Customs - Business Partnership" organized by Da Nang Customs Department on December 20, it was noted that in recent times, Da Nang Port Joint Stock Company has always accompanied and closely cooperated with the City Customs Department in synchronizing digital transformation, coordinating to digitize, improve, and enhance the efficiency of customs procedures, customs supervision processes at warehouses, yards, etc.

Da Nang Port has contributed to facilitating import and export activities for import and export enterprises in Da Nang City. The above practical and effective support activities have contributed to increasing the trust and reputation of the Da Nang Customs Department in implementing commitments to reduce time and costs to facilitate trade for import and export enterprises; contributing to improving the investment and business environment of the City. In addition, the Da Nang Customs Department acknowledged that Da Nang Port regularly coordinates, exchanges, and provides other information related to import-export activities when requested by customs authorities to serve the purpose of improving compliance with the law and preventing customs law violations by enterprises. Comply with the law, do not assist smugglers, tax evaders, tax fraud, and trade fraud. The leader of the Da Nang Customs Department said that in the coming time, the development of customs-business partnership will continue to be of interest and focus to the customs sector with new directions and solutions that are increasingly more substantial and in-depth. Accordingly, the customs sector considers enterprises as cooperative partners; taking the satisfaction of enterprises as one of the top important criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of customs operations. At the conference on December 20 of the Da Nang Customs Department, Da Nang Port was one of two enterprises awarded the "Outstanding Collective in Developing Customs-Enterprise Partnership in the 2014-2024 period" Medal by the General Department of Customs. In addition, the General Department of Customs also commended and awarded a medal to Mr. Duong Duc Xuan - Deputy General Director of Da Nang Port for his outstanding achievements in this work.
