Approval of investment policy for car and motorbike driving training center in Cam Lo district

Accordingly, the total investment capital of the project is 25 billion VND, of which the investor's capital contribution is 5 billion VND, mobilized capital is 20 billion VND. The expected land area to be used is about 27,000 ^m2 ; the scale of the project's construction architecture includes items such as: Driving test and practice management area; driving practice ground; driving test ground for class 2 cars; parking lot, waiting room... The designed capacity for class A1, A motorbikes is 5,000 students/year; for class B and C1 cars is 1,200 students/year. The products and services provided by the project are training courses for driving class A1, A motorbikes and class B, C1 cars and upgrading class B to C, C1 to C.

It is expected that from the third quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2026, the enterprise will construct the project items and start operating from the third quarter of 2026. The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy and approval of the investor.
