Allowing Tan Nam Company to lease more than 14,600 square meters of mineral exploitation land to serve highway construction

The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has just issued a decision allowing Tan Nam Construction Joint Stock Company (Tan Nam Company) to lease 14,643.6 square meters of land in Cu Yang commune to exploit stone minerals as common construction materials for the construction of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1.

Land used for mineral activities (to exploit stone minerals as common construction materials for the construction of package 2, Component Project 3 and package XL03, Component Project 2 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1.

Tan Nam Construction Joint Stock Company constructs Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1.

Land use term, from August 5, 2025 to June 30, 2027 (according to the term in Confirmation No. 2673/XN-UBND dated March 21, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, in which, the exploitation period is until December 31, 2026; the expected environmental restoration period is 6 months after the end of the exploitation period).

Land lease method without auction of land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land; land price to calculate land rent payable is 39,600 VND/ ^m2 ; form of annual land rent collection.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to determine boundaries and carry out the land handover on the field to Tan Nam Company according to regulations.

Dak Lak Provincial Tax Department determines the land rent payable; notifies Tan Nam Company to pay land rent to fulfill financial obligations regarding land, fees, charges, etc.

The People's Committee of Cu Yang commune regularly inspects the exploitation of stone minerals as common construction materials for construction, supervises the Company's compliance with laws on land, minerals, and environmental protection...

Tan Nam Company is responsible for using the land for the correct purpose, location, boundary, coordinates, and area leased by the Provincial People's Committee; strictly complying with the provisions of the law on land, minerals, environment, and other relevant laws when using land; and fully performing financial obligations as prescribed.
