On the afternoon of December 4, President Luong Cuong visited and presented gifts to policy families in Thuong Xuan district and encouraged officers and soldiers of Bat Mot Border Guard Station stationed in Thuong Xuan district.

President Luong Cuong and Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh visited the health of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Lang Thi Phong in Trung Thanh village, Luong Son commune.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Party Committee, government, organizations and people of Thuong Xuan district continue to do a better job of gratitude, regularly take care of both material and spiritual needs of families of martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, families with meritorious services to the revolution, and properly implement the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source".
