Speaking at the ceremony to celebrate the 78th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day on September 2 and the 46th anniversary of Vietnam's accession to the United Nations, the President of the United Nations General Assembly assessed that after 78 years of independence, Vietnam has changed and developed extraordinarily, from a poor country to a middle-income and dynamic country with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
