During operation, the system recorded and was notified by the Provincial Police of 13,433 violations, sanctioned and paid to the budget more than 14 billion VND.

At the same time, images from traffic surveillance cameras also help authorities quickly solve crimes, serve the investigation and capture of criminals.

According to the provincial police leader, the implementation of the smart traffic system and automatic camera monitoring has contributed to reducing traffic safety violations on National Highway 51 in recent times.

The unit is expected to officially operate phase 2 of the smart traffic system, automatic monitoring by camera on June 20, 2023.
