A thank you letter from Mr. Trang's family to the Quang Binh Provincial Police after receiving assistance in finding their daughter who was lured away from home to Nghe An by a bad guy.
On March 23, Quang Binh Provincial Police said they had just received a letter from the family of Mr. Hoang Dung Trang (residing in Truong Long village, Phu Canh commune, Quang Trach district) thanking the Phu Canh Commune Police for helping the family find their lost relative.
The quick and responsible actions of the Phu Canh Commune Police made Hoang Dung Trang's family unable to hide their emotions and joy when finding their loved one. In a letter to the Quang Binh Provincial Police, Mr. Trang expressed his deep gratitude for the dedication and responsibility of the Phu Hoa Commune Police.
Earlier, on the morning of March 12, Mr. Hoang Dung Trang was shocked to discover that his daughter - Hoang Thi Nhat L. (born 2000) - had left home following the enticement of a stranger she met on social media. Because Nhat L. is mentally disabled, her family feared that she was in danger. Mr. Trang immediately reported the matter to the Phu Canh Commune Police.
Receiving the information, the police of this commune urgently searched for clues.
Just 3 hours after receiving the report, the Commune Police identified the person who seduced Nhat L. as Tran Tuan Anh (born 2001). At that time, Tuan Anh and Nhat L. were in Hoa Hieu ward (Thai Hoa town, Nghe An).
After verification, Nhat L. left home to go to Nghe An to find Tuan Anh in the hope of asking him to help find a job. Immediately after that, Phu Canh Commune Police went to Nghe An, coordinating with Hoa Hieu Ward Police to take Nhat L. back to his family.
Mr. Hoang Dung Trang could not hide his emotions when welcoming his daughter back safely. In a letter to the Quang Binh Provincial Police, he wrote: "Our family is extremely grateful to the Phu Canh Commune Police for their wholehearted devotion to the people, regardless of hardships and difficulties, quickly helping us find our daughter in the shortest time."
Mr. Trang also said that since the regular police force arrived in the commune, the local security and order situation has been more stable than ever, bringing strong confidence to the people.
