Preschool teacher passionate about her job, pioneer in innovation

Since her years at the Faculty of Preschool Education - Ha Tinh University, the female student from Vu Quang has had a special love for children and the aspiration to become an exemplary teacher. Graduating from university in 2012, then working in preschool education in Can Loc, Kieu Anh has continuously studied, improved her professional qualifications and political theory to best fulfill the role of a teacher, a professional group leader, and a young party member.

Ms. Le Thi Kieu Anh shared: “I have been working in this profession for 13 years, including 2 years as a contract teacher at Khanh Loc Kindergarten, then I was assigned to Thien Loc Kindergarten. Up to now, I understand more and more the hardships and pressures of the profession in terms of time and the requirements of the childcare and education environment. However, with the care, guidance and encouragement of my colleagues, the school board and my own efforts, I am increasingly attached to and love my profession, more mature in my expertise and more confident in each class hour. For me, every day at school, seeing the innocent eyes and clear smiles of the children is a happiness, giving me more motivation to try harder in my journey of working in this profession.”

Ms. Kieu Anh is a pioneer in applying advanced teaching models, creating excitement for children in every school day.

To implement the spirit of innovative teaching methods, focusing on children, Ms. Kieu Anh always researches, learns, and applies information technology in every lesson. Her role as a core teacher and professional group leader has been promoted by her in pioneering the application of new, advanced teaching models such as STEAM, Montessori, EDP... in a flexible and creative way. In each lesson and each activity, she cleverly integrates ethical, cultural, and life skills elements, thereby creating interesting and useful lessons, contributing to fostering positive emotions for children.

With her sense of responsibility and understanding, she always proactively shares scientific parenting knowledge and childcare skills through many channels such as: class groups, school newsletters, social networks... The close and practical content has received positive support and spread from parents.

Not only is she an exemplary teacher in her field, Ms. Kieu Anh is also a shining example in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. With a simple, humble lifestyle and dedication to work, she always receives the trust and affection from colleagues, parents and people.

In addition, she also has many topics and initiatives at the provincial and district levels in educational innovation.
