Start strong, create new position and strength
The congress has just ended, but the heat from the discussions to unify new policies is still spreading strongly, penetrating deeply into every thought and action of cadres, party members and people. From the solemn parliament, the spirit of determination to build a rich, civilized Ha Tinh , firmly stepping with the whole country into a new era of the congress has quickly spread, becoming a driving force for action in every industry, every locality and every citizen.
Localities, specialized sectors, offices, factories, in the fields and at sea, everywhere arose the determination to bring the Resolution into life.
In the 2025-2030 term, Ha Tinh has determined the viewpoint of rapid and sustainable development on the basis of modern industry, high-quality services and smart agriculture; taking industry as the pillar, Vung Ang Economic Zone as the driving force for growth. That is a political command as well as a guideline for localities, departments, branches and people of all walks of life.
The agricultural sector - one of the "pillars" of the economy , is determined to show its determination very clearly. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment shared: "In the new development strategy, Ha Tinh agriculture is not only the "pillar" of the economy but also the foundation to maintain social stability and ensure food security. Promoting the development of ecological agriculture in a modern direction is an inevitable requirement. In the coming time, to bring the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress into life, the agricultural sector is determined to pioneer the application of advanced science and technology, organize specialized production of concentrated goods on a large scale, improve quality and added value, contributing to realizing the aspiration to build a rich and civilized Ha Tinh".
In the new term, the province is determined to: "Build a clean and strong Party and political system; promote the tradition of solidarity, cultural values, people and high-quality human resources; innovate, develop comprehensively, quickly and sustainably".
That spirit quickly spread and turned into concrete actions at the grassroots level. Many localities were ready to act to realize the goal.
Mr. Hoang Quoc Nha - Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuc Trach commune said: "We identify that consolidating and building a clean and strong grassroots party organization is an important foundation to bring the resolution into life. Each cadre and party member must be a true pioneer, exemplary, and build a united bloc so that the spirit of the congress can penetrate deeply into life and turn into concrete actions. At the same time, the commune will continue to promote local advantages, find solutions to enhance the value of specialty agricultural products, promote the movement to build modern new-style rural areas, associated with administrative reform and application of digital technology in management".
Compete to bring resolutions into life
The resolution will only truly come to life when it is put into practice. Right during the congress days, all over Ha Tinh, the spirit of readiness to implement the resolution and compete to bring the resolution into practice was present in every beat of work.
In the fields, after the storm had just passed, people were again trying to overcome the consequences. The steadfastness and perseverance of the Ha Tinh people once again harmonized with the determination of the Provincial Party Congress.
Having just cleaned up and repaired the greenhouse that was destroyed by storm No. 10, Mr. Tran Quang Vinh - Quyet Tien residential group, Tran Phu ward shared: “In the past few days, although I was busy repairing the damage after the storm to avoid crop disruption, I still followed the congress. Hearing the congress discuss smart agriculture, I was very happy. Farming now requires connections and a brand. After the storm, I continued to invest in facilities to plant seeds and find ways to expand production in a modern direction. That is how we realize the resolution.”
Sharing the same belief, offshore Loc Ha, ships are sailing through the waves again. Mr. Tran Minh Duc - a fisherman from Long Hai village shared: "Following the congress, I am very happy that my profession is also one of the topics that the congress is interested in. I have more motivation in each offshore trip, not only to ensure my livelihood but also to contribute to building a sustainable fishing industry, preserving the sovereignty of the sea and islands of my homeland."
Identified as a pillar in the province's new development path, these days, in industrial zones, the atmosphere of labor competition has become more exciting than ever. At Vung Ang Economic Zone, along with efforts to quickly overcome the effects of storms and rains to stabilize production, steel lines, mechanical manufacturing... still maintain the production rhythm.
Mr. Dang Minh Duc, a worker in the wire rolling department - Hung Nghiep Formosa Ha Tinh Iron and Steel Company Limited shared: "When the congress identified Vung Ang Economic Zone as the industrial - energy - logistics driving force, we saw our responsibility more clearly. Every day of overtime, every product made is also a specific action to affirm the determination to break through with the province on the new journey"!
That determination is also reflected in the young staff. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Trung - an official of the provincial Social Insurance said: "The Congress emphasized administrative reform and digital transformation as a breakthrough. That is the driving force for us to promote the implementation of the tasks and goals of administrative reform of the industry, especially the creative emulation movement among young staff has begun to flourish. I think the young generation must take the lead so that the apparatus is truly streamlined, transparent, and serves the people and businesses better."
Based on the achievements of the previous term, new beliefs and aspirations have been and are being fostered. Ha Tinh is entering a new stage, a stage of determination and aspiration to reach further. When the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term permeates every thought and action, Ha Tinh has enough basis to believe in steady development steps on the new stage.
