Petrolimex Nghe Tinh Transport and Services shares traded on the listed floor at HNX on October 8

Petrolimex Nghe Tinh Transport and Services Joint Stock Company, stock code: PTX (address at Hamlet 13, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province), formerly known as the Mechanical Transport Enterprise of Nghe Tinh Petroleum Company - a member unit of Vietnam National Petroleum Group; equitized in 2000 with initial charter capital of 7.5 billion VND.

On July 30, 2018, PTX shares traded their first session on the UPCoM floor at HNX.

In 2023, the Company increased its charter capital to VND 64.32 billion.

The company operates mainly in the fields of: transporting petroleum and goods by road and waterway; trading petroleum and petrochemical products, specialized equipment and materials; technical services, overhauling, repairing, and renovating means of transport...

Regarding production and business situation, in 2023, the Company's net revenue reached more than VND 2,094.54 billion (equal to 96% compared to the same period in 2022), profit after tax reached more than VND 12.49 billion (up nearly 22% over the same period last year).

By the end of the second quarter of 2024, the Company will achieve net revenue of more than VND 1,075.91 billion (equivalent to the same period in 2023), profit after tax will reach more than VND 7.56 billion (up 39.7% over the same period last year).

The company plans for 2024, net revenue reaching 1,843 billion VND, after-tax profit 10.37 billion VND.

On October 8, 6,432,453 PTX shares will officially be traded on the listed stock market at HNX with a reference price on the first trading day of VND 16,700/share; the value of registered securities for trading (at par value of VND 10,000/share) is more than VND 64 billion.
