Representatives of Hue City Police and GTEL signed a cooperation agreement to provide postal services. |
According to the agreement, Hue City Police will coordinate with GTEL to deploy the service of receiving and returning administrative records via post. In particular, the service will support the return of temporarily detained documents to the correct address as requested by individuals and organizations committing administrative violations, instead of having to go directly to the police headquarters to receive them.
The application of postal services in handling administrative procedures not only helps save time and travel costs for people but also reduces pressure on administrative agencies, contributing to improving work efficiency and building a modern, friendly administration. This is also one of the practical solutions to implement the policy of administrative reform and digital transformation in the Public Security sector, bringing public services closer to the people.
Colonel Duong Van Thoan, Deputy Director of Hue City Police, emphasized that the signing of cooperation with GTEL is a step forward in innovating the way of serving the people. The public postal service also demonstrates the responsibility and dedication of the police agency in serving the people, especially in the context of the increasing demand for administrative procedures. The deployment of the service must be carried out seriously and synchronously, ensuring strict and effective professional processes.
On GTEL's side, Lieutenant Colonel Dang Ngoc Tin, Deputy General Director of GTEL Company, pledged that the company will invest in technology, human resources and operating procedures to ensure smooth, safe and fast service delivery, creating convenience for people in accessing and using public administrative services.
