On the afternoon of February 12, a representative of Hoan Kiem District Police (Hanoi) said that the unit was verifying the case of a man assaulting a car driver on Cua Dong Street.

Previously, on social networks appeared a clip of a man using his fist to "talk" to a car driver.

In the clip, a middle-aged man repeatedly shouted, then reached one hand through the windshield of a car (with Hanoi license plate) to grab the collar of the driver sitting in the car. With the other hand, this man repeatedly punched the male driver. The incident only stopped when a woman ran to intervene.

The person who posted the clip said the incident happened when the driver of the car with Hanoi license plate was slow to park the car elsewhere. The middle-aged man driving the car with license plate 30K-189.XX who was driving behind suddenly got out of the car, rushed up and did the above action.

According to the person who posted the clip, the incident happened at 10am on February 11, on Cua Dong Street (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi).
