Announcing the Decision to establish Thanh Nam Ward Trade Union

Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation presented flowers to congratulate the Thanh Nam Ward Trade Union.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Nguyen Xuan Hong, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong A ward; Hoang Quang Khoa, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Nam ward. Also attending were local leaders, representatives of grassroots trade union organizations of wards: My Loc, Dong A, Thien Truong.

At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision to establish the Ward Trade Union; Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and leadership positions of the Thanh Nam Ward Trade Union, term 2023-2028; Decision to transfer the grassroots trade union to be directly under the Thanh Nam Ward Trade Union. According to the decisions, the Thanh Nam Ward Trade Union was established on September 5 , directly under the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor. The Ward Trade Union was merged from 38 grassroots trade unions, with 5,498 union members. Comrade Do Quoc Vinh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Hai Long congratulated the Thanh Nam Ward Trade Union on its official establishment and operation , affirming that this is an important milestone, marking a new development step of the local trade union organization. He requested the Ward Trade Union to continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, promote collective intelligence to successfully complete its tasks; soon stabilize the organization, build working regulations, assign specific tasks; step up propaganda, education, launch patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of the local political tasks ; focus on developing union members, building a strong trade union organization, worthy of being a reliable support for union members and workers , a bridge between the Party and workers...
