Thang Long Construction Quality Supervision Consulting Joint Stock Company, formerly known as the Construction Quality Supervision Consulting Center (TVGS) under the Thang Long Project Management Board (established under Decision No. 2901/QD-TCCB-LD dated October 31, 1996 and Decision No. 2992/1998/QD-BGTVT dated October 21, 1998 of the Ministry of Transport ).
