Lao Cai Electricity Company effectively implements the work of streamlining and streamlining the organizational apparatus.

The working group of the Vietnam Electricity Group's Organizing Committee recently worked with Lao Cai Electricity Company to evaluate the organization and reorganization of the apparatus after the merger, and at the same time listened to recommendations related to labor quotas and organizational structure in the coming period. Also attending the working session were leaders of the Northern Electricity Corporation.

Lao Cai Electricity Company is considered one of the units that has implemented a systematic, scientific and effective organizational restructuring. After merging with Yen Bai Electricity Company, the company proactively developed a plan, closely coordinated with related units to synchronously implement from organizing dialogues, disseminating to employees, and perfecting the new organizational model. From July 1, 2025, the post-merger apparatus officially operated stably.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Viet Anh - Head of the Organizing Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group affirmed: Phase 1 is just a "mechanical" step, while phase 2 will focus on building a "more refined, more compact, more effective" organizational model. Currently, the Group has streamlined from 21 departments to 16, and simultaneously dissolved 2 large service units.

Head of the Organizing Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group Tran Viet Anh requested member units to proactively choose models suitable to local characteristics, avoiding rigid application according to the number of departments.

Regarding the recommendations of Lao Cai Electricity Company and Northern Electricity Corporation, the working group will study and update them into the organization projects in the coming time.
