Binh Thuan Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. announces the selection of an organization to appraise prices of planted forest timber as follows:

1.1. Asset name: Eucalyptus plantation 2020, BĐTSC 2019, 2020 in the area:

Sub-area 287A, NQH: Ham Kiem-Ham Thuan Nam commune; Sub-area 287B, NQH; Ham Cuong commune, Ham Thuan Nam district; Sub-areas 284, 285, NQH: Ham Thanh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district.

- Design area: 106.61 ha, Exploitation area: 102.13 ha

- Tree species: Eucalyptus 2020, Eucalyptus TSC 2019, 2020.

1.2 Asset name: TSC 2019 Eucalyptus plantation and 2015 hybrid acacia in the area:

Sub-zone 388, 398B, 413 Tan Binh commune; Sub-zone 412A Tan Xuan commune La Gi town, Ham Tan district, Binh Thuan.

- Design area: 100.37 ha; Exploitation area: 100.67 ha

- Tree species: Eucalyptus TSC 2019, Acacia 2015

2. Criteria for selecting a valuation organization:

- Valuation organizations must ensure the operating conditions of valuation enterprises and branches according to the provisions of law.

- Other criteria suitable for the assets are decided by the asset owner.

3. Time and place for submitting application:

- Submission location: At the Office of Binh Thuan Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. No. 30 Yersin, Phu Trinh Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.

- Time: submit capacity profile, price list and other relevant documents within 03 days from the date of announcement.
