The company supplies water for production to localities and organizes maintenance, repair and dredging of many construction items on the canal system. The estimated volume of self-performed regular repairs is 13,862m ³ ; the estimated daily work is 15,950 working days, and the estimated maintenance and repair work is 47,900 working days. The value of water supply output for industrial production, daily life, aquaculture, water supply for electricity generation, electricity business and other services is estimated at 56.7 billion VND, equal to 100.5% of the plan.

Along with that, the Company has paid attention to implementing policies for employees. The average salary of employees is estimated at 7.11 million VND/month. Regulations on labor safety and hygiene are strictly implemented.

By 2025, the company strives to reach an irrigation area of ​​133,948 hectares; the value of irrigation public services reaches 120 billion VND; water supply for industrial production and daily life reaches 45 million ^m3 ; electricity consumption is 6,425,700Kwh; other irrigation revenue reaches 56.7 billion VND. At the same time, the company will carry out maintenance, repair of works and regular self-implementation of repairs to achieve 100% of the plan assigned by the company; Maintain and ensure that 100% of staff and workers have stable jobs, with an average salary of 7.3 million VND/person/month or more...
