The Youth Volunteer Force organized ticket sales from a distance as well as operated a maximum of 8 ferries to help people travel more quickly.

In the East of Ho Chi Minh City, vehicles also gathered on the Long Thanh - Dau Giay highway, mostly 4-7 seater cars heading from Vung Tau back to the city.
