Dissemination of text from law firm allegedly representing Negav

The incident arose from a document posted by PN Legal LLC on its fanpage on August 21 regarding rapper Negav. According to information from PN Legal LLC (abbreviated as PN Legal), this unit is the authorized representative of Mr. Dang Thanh An (stage name Negav). PN Legal said that recently, a number of individuals and organizations have continuously posted or reposted false information, which has not been verified by competent authorities, showing signs of distortion, slander, and arbitrarily concluding that Negav violated the law without following legal procedures, which has appeared on cyberspace since the end of 2024.

This law firm affirmed that "the above actions have directly and seriously damaged the legitimate rights and interests of Mr. Dang Thanh An and other related organizations and individuals", and may be handled according to the law.

According to PN Legal, to protect his legal rights, rapper Negav worked with the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention of the Ministry of Public Security (A05) on the allegations of some of the above individuals and organizations.

The document of PN Legal Company quoted some conclusions said to be from Department A05 as follows: "Department A05 concluded and instructed Mr. An (rapper Negav): "... to continue artistic activities, to help society. At the same time, A05 collected and processed a number of accounts that posted articles about Mr. An with inappropriate content, or deliberately took advantage of the above incident to profit according to regulations".

At the end of the document, the company emphasized that it "requests that organizations and individuals who have been posting fake information, false information, distorted information, slander, insulting the reputation, honor, dignity, and revealing private secrets related to Mr. Dang Thanh An immediately stop posting the above information, and at the same time, remove and delete all of this content." PN Legal said that it has been making records, collecting related documents and evidence to work with the authorities to handle individuals and organizations that violate the law.

On the evening of August 21, the organizers of Autumn Fest in Hai Phong (scheduled to take place on the evening of August 30) announced that rapper Negav would not perform at the event as originally planned. According to the organizers, Negav voluntarily withdrew from the list of performing artists. This decision was made in a serious spirit, to show respect to the organizers, to avoid unnecessary noise from happening, affecting the program, accompanying artists and the entire audience attending the event.

"Autumn Fest would like to send our most sincere apologies to our audience for this unfortunate news, and we hope to receive sympathy and understanding from everyone," the organizers announced.
