Congress of PTSC Corporation's Youth Union, Term V: Affirming youth, intelligence and aspiration to contribute

During the 2022-2027 term, up to now, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of PTSC Corporation, Term IV, has carried out many practical activities, affirming the pioneering role of PTSC youth. Social security and volunteer programs for the community are organized regularly, creating a positive mark in society. In addition, many forums, competitions and seminars related to professional expertise have been deployed, contributing to improving the qualifications and skills of union members. Digital transformation in Union activities has been promoted, creating innovation in organizational methods. At the same time, vibrant cultural and sports movements have helped build a united, dynamic and creative working environment, spreading the spirit of youthfulness and enthusiasm among all staff.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Congress agreed on the goal of building a strong and comprehensive Agency Youth Union, promoting its role as a vanguard force in the process of digital transformation, energy transition and sustainable development. With youth strength, intelligence and solidarity, PTSC youth are determined to accompany the Corporation's strategy, striving to make PTSC a regional and international center of energy engineering industry and services. At the same time, union members and youth will pioneer in building corporate culture, spreading ESG values and contributing to affirming the PTSC brand in the market.

In his speech at the Congress, comrade Do Huy The - Member of the Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, Head of the PTSC Human Resources Management Board acknowledged and praised the outstanding results and "speaking numbers" that the Agency's Youth Union achieved in the past term. He also pointed out the achievements that need to be promoted, as well as the difficulties and limitations that have not been fully reflected in the Congress documents. He affirmed that the Agency's Party Committee will always accompany, care for and create favorable conditions to support the Agency's Youth Union both materially and spiritually so that the movement can develop further.

Also at the Conference, representing the superior Union, comrade Tran Hai Phuong - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Corporation gave the orientation for the Youth Union of the Corporation: "Innovation - Quality - Enthusiasm". Comrade Tran Hai Phuong believes that the Youth Union of PTSC will continue to be a pioneer, creative, contributing to building a strong PTSC brand and sustainable development.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 5th term, 2025-2030, demonstrating trust and expectation in the young cadres in continuing the tradition, leading the Youth Union movement to develop further.

The 5th Congress of the PTSC Youth Union is not only an important political event, but also an affirmation of the will, youthfulness and aspiration to contribute of the PTSC youth generation in the new period. With intelligence, courage and creativity, PTSC youth will continue to pioneer in digital transformation, energy transition, sustainable development and corporate culture building, contributing to bringing PTSC to the regional and international level./.
