Most clearly shown is that from 2021-2023, the district level had 147 key officials attending 3 national online conferences organized by the Central Government.

The district organized 119 grassroots conferences, with 3,924 participants. Party committees at all levels have included the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW in the annual political task implementation program and plan of the locality and unit.

After 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, it has contributed to creating a solid foundation for strongly promoting studying and following Uncle Ho in the new period.

The implementation results have shown the strong impact and spread of the 13th Party Congress Resolution and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW throughout the district Party Committee.

Along with the work of building and rectifying the Party and a clean and strong political system, it has aroused enthusiasm, responsibility and discipline among cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.

Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's teachings, over the past years, many specific and practical actions, good models, and valuable experiences in many different fields have been creating a strong influence throughout the district.

Farmers' Association with a model of helping each other develop the economy

In the farmers' association, there is a movement of mutual assistance and support to develop production. Through practical work such as sharing business experiences, lending capital, helping with seeds and animals, and creating jobs for each other.

Over the past 3 years, Dak Glong District Farmers' Association has helped 42 poor and disadvantaged farmer families to develop production.

Dak Glong District Labor Federation presented 63 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The unit coordinated with the Hoa Cuc Kindergarten Union to donate 100 pairs of sandals to children of union officials, workers and employees at schools in Dak R'Mang commune and some agencies; supported the construction of "Union Shelter" houses for 3 union members.

The "Zero-dong kitchen" model has been effectively implemented in Quang Khe and Dak Ha communes.

In addition, localities and units have reviewed and selected urgent, complicated issues that have received public attention to focus on solving. Thereby, assigning responsibilities to leaders and civil servants in charge of professional matters and proposing solutions and deadlines to strive to overcome them.

Head of the Dak Glong District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Ta Dinh Hai, said that through studying and following Uncle Ho, each cadre, party member, civil servant and public employee of the district has become more steadfast in ideology and responsibility and works more actively, scientifically and effectively.

During the period of 2021 - 2023, the whole district had 24 grassroots models that were effectively deployed in practice. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee selected 2 typical models as points for development and replication in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style throughout the district. These are the models "Sharing love, bringing children to school" and "Building Dak P'lao commune free of drug abuse".
