Dak Nong adjusts land use planning according to the new Krong No administrative unit

Standing Vice Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen has just signed Decision No. 903/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the Land Use Planning to 2030 in Krong No.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee adjusted the land use planning of Krong No district with the main targets including: adjusting the land use planning until 2030; unused land area put into use during the adjustment period; area to be recovered and area to be converted to land use purpose during the land use planning adjustment period; implementing adjustments according to Resolution 1671/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

The agricultural land of Nam Da commune is only nearly 12,000 hectares.

In this adjustment, the unused land area put into use is over 326 hectares of agricultural land, including land for growing other annual crops and production forest land. The agricultural land area of Nam Da commune alone is nearly 12,000 hectares.

The decision also adjusts the land use planning according to the new administrative units. Specifically, the total land area of the new communes in the district after the merger is: Quang Phu commune over 26,359 hectares; Nam Nung commune over 21,965 hectares; Krong No commune 15,983 hectares; Nam Da commune over 13,268 hectares and Nam Xuan commune 3,772 hectares.

These are important premises for localities to have the basis and foundation to implement development needs suitable to the new geopolitical space.
