Then, on October 29, 2024, in village 20, Dak D'rong commune, Cu Jut district, Thang Van Hien stole a motorbike without a license plate, no plastic cover, the gearbox cover had the word "DETECH", frame number: VDEWCH084DE *000538, engine number unknown.
