Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee launches digital transformation ecosystem

On August 8, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce digital transformation platforms, aiming to apply technology to improve work efficiency and serve the Party Committee's activities better and better.

Delegates performed the button-pressing ceremony to launch the digital transformation ecosystem at the announcement ceremony, marking a turning point in modernizing Party work.

In order to modernize the working method, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee has researched and built a digital tool ecosystem with the main platforms: Electronic information page providing fast and accurate information, supporting data retrieval; Zalo Mini App creating a flexible communication channel, accessing information anytime, anywhere; smart virtual assistant supporting Party building work, optimizing work processing procedures; Artificial intelligence (AI) application portal to handle daily work quickly, accurately and objectively; and Digital Congress Application, a model "paperless" congress with delegate roll call by QR code, document lookup on personal devices and digital seating chart, bringing a modern experience, outstanding efficiency.

Comrade Tran Van Thuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, spoke emphasizing the importance of technology in modernizing Party work.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Tran Van Thuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: "Digital transformation is an inevitable requirement for development. These platforms are the crystallization of intelligence and methodical investment, contributing to welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels. I call on every cadre and party member to welcome and master these tools with an open and proactive mindset, so that technology becomes an extension, helping to make wise and timely decisions."

The platforms are designed to support 36 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at 4 departments and 1 organization under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, contributing to improving the quality of professional work, making technology friendly and useful, and building an increasingly strong Party Committee.

Comrade Tran Van Thuong requested the Party Committee Office to ensure the system operates smoothly and safely; at the same time, continuously improve based on user opinions.

The presentation screen introduces tools to support quick and convenient information retrieval for Party officials of the Provincial People's Committee.

Applying platforms to daily work needs to be practical, from processing reports, submissions, official documents to looking up Party regulations.

The ceremony ended with the consensus and determination of all cadres and party members in putting digital platforms into practice, opening a new phase in the modern and effective working method of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.
